Horrible!!! Called and wanted to look at a car listed, was told they would pull car up front for me to test drive next morning. My plan was to buy with cash. Received call from salesman that morning to make sure I was coming to test drive and he was told I was on my way. He stated he would have car ready. Arrived after hour drive for them to tell me the car has been sent to auction. They never offered to show me anything else just sat there and looked at us. After I left I called manager to complain and he stated he would go get the car and bring it back to dealership to drive if I could hang around Muskogee a couple of hours. Never called me back. Dealerships like these are the reason I hate buying a vehicle, gives all of them a bad name and reputation. Steer clear
Of this business and the lying manager. Horrible horrible way of doing business with the public. Shame on you Nissan of Muskogee!!!!

Not good dealer and sale man and store Manager not nice I bought my car this dealer they’re not give me 2 car keys and I never come back this dealer any more and they want I signed all paper about you can’t get a lawyer if anything happens anyone come this dealer buy a car be careful

If you are looking to buy a Nissan go to Nissan of Muskogee. Best group of people to help you. Cody Parris is who helped me. And it was by far the best experience , I've had in buying a car. He went above and beyond , all questions answered and very honest and friendly. Great pricing and finance department is great too.its the kind of car buying experience everyone should have.5 star all the way!

Went in to look and get an idea of what we can get with a substantial down payment. From the sales rep to the financial manager to getting to meet the manager himself was all such a treat. Got a pretty deal with no down payment, which was kinda shocking because EVERYONE I've bought a vehicle from in the past, always wanted a down payment. These guys got it done without asking for it, thank you for the business!!

Purchased a New 2023 Nissan Kicks was never told the 300+ miles on speedometer was from them driving it from a dealership in Arkansas to Oklahoma. (They should've gave me a Depreciation discount ) Was financed through TTCU (outrageous APR BTW would not recommend ) Came back as a loyal customer ( I'm a travelling Nurse )
to upgrade and they tried running a scam.. wanting
5k down with the Kicks for a 2024 Rogue. Went for my last oil change elsewhere as they quoted $180.00 for a oil change w/ flush! What's going on with you guys???

I love that Jaymz is not a pushy sellsman. We walked in told him what we wanted and how much we wanted to keep the payments around. He nailed it for my husband. I didn't really NEED a vehicle and told him that. So just in curiosity I let him run my stuff. And he got something cheaper than what I had. So when she showed me a car or two I didn't like the look So right off wasn't interested. Would have stayed in what I had. He didn't seem to care or push. Then said what about this other. Well I still like my husband's better. But my husband like the one he was showing. So needless to say... WE GOT BOTH.. and the vehicle I currently had went to my son. But Jaymz never pushed not once. If I didn't like he could tell by the look I was NOT interested!!. He's awesome.

The sales people were friendly and helpful. About 3 weeks after we bought the vehicle I noticed 3 out of the 4 tires were showing wire. I had to buy 4 new tires and pay for a 4 wheel alignment. I contacted the dealership and they refunded me the money I was out. I would definitely recommend them.
