The whole crew treated me like family. I was going out of town, so I dropped in without an appointment, and they worked me in. While waiting, I witnessed them being attentive to several other customers. I am satisfied with the quality of their work. I'll definitely return when I need other automotive work done.

This is my second time having my vehicle serviced. I had nightmares with the extended warranty and decided to cancel it! That said as soon as that was done, Don and his colleagues worked on my dodge Caravan and made sure it was done right! Also love the fact that I have a 2 year or 24000 mile warranty on parts a labor. Thank you for taking care of my dodge! Now I will bring my Toyota for some minor things and I know they will do it right!

Our 2015 Navigator was acting up on the way back home from a vacation and the check engine light came on. We called L&M and they got us in quickly and even provided my wife with a loaner car free of charge while her car was being fixed. They called after diagnosing the issues and even sent a report to my phone of what needed to be done. The car was fixed within a day and a half and is back to normal. Thank you L&M for your professionalism and quality work!

We did have a little issue when we brought our car in for an oil change but the manager took care of it. I would say they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I would definitely give them a chance again. Good people!
