What amazing customer service. Celeste in service was absolutely amazing. Updated through the entire process and showed great customer service and due diligence to solve our vehicle problem, offering multiple options and great communication through the entire process. I bought my vehicle in 2016 & it included lifetime oil change. This was always honored until I received my Oct oil change. I ended up paying for it due to it was time & needed to be changed. I read my oil change lifetime paper & I don't see anything about if it changes owners that this contract would be terminated. I'll be going somewhere else now & I will never recommend anyone to shop for a vehicle here unless you make this right. I will say the staff in service are very friendly & courtliness.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! My wife traded in her Tahoe for a Wagoneer that hasn’t worked since the day we bought it! These people are scam artists and now they are saying we can trade the car in and lose 10,000 and we’ve literally only had the car 2 months!! The whole time we’ve had the vehicle we have been going back and forth with these ppl! We notified them the same day we purchased it that something was wrong with the vehicle and they assured me they would fix the problem and haven’t! Everyone we have spoken to could care less because they are still getting paid at the end of the day! They even went as far as giving out my wife’s information to a potential buyer and she contacted my wife via facebook to ask for information about the Tahoe that she traded in! So much for confidentiality!! This place is absolutely awful! Now my wife is stuck driving a vehicle that has electrical problems because no one was honest enough to say that something was wrong with the vehicle and was only concerned about making a damn sale! I never thought I would be having to get lawyers involved! When you see this place RUN!

We dropped my husband’s truck off at 8 AM Thursday morning because there were two issues that we needed them to look at. One issue: first thing, when you start the truck and back up and then pull forward it lunges. The second issue: the belt tensioner was whining. They fixed the whining in the belt tensioner on Friday. Every time, we had to call them to get any information. They kept his truck all day on Friday, all day on Monday, and finally on Tuesday we started calling to find out what was going on. The man that we spoke to didn’t seem to know what was going on. We had to call many times… when we went to get it Tuesday evening, the mechanic was just now driving it.There is a serious lack of communication in the service department in keeping customers updated on their vehicles. We had to call way too many times to get updates and they had his truck for entirely too long. My husband, let the man in the service department know that he lost $600 a day each day he did not have his truck because he could not go to work and run his company. If the hodge dealership is going to have such a serious issue then they need to look into having a loaner cars for their customers. We went four days without my husband‘s truck when it should’ve just been two.

Very disappointed, the only reason you are getting 3 stars is because you were very polite in telling me that you couldn't fix my car. Now I need my Duramax serviced and I am afraid to bring it in to you, perhaps you could refer me to a dedicated mechanic.
