I went with my adult daughter to get her haircut. She always goes here even though we live in Catoosa, Ok, (which is along drive) because they would always cut her hair very nicely. However, we were greatly disappointed: the same woman cut her that always does ( I don't remember her name), but she changed the appt. time to accommodate someone else, the did a hurried & terrible haircut. We expected better treatment, so my daughter said she's not going back!

Best place I've ever found to get my hair cut. Sue is great and I'm sure all the others there are also. I've been going there about 7 years now and never been disappointed.
Hair type: My hair is difficult to cut due to my double crown and really thick hair. Sue does a great job every time.

I made an apt with Anna for shampoo and cut at 1pm. I live over an hour away but decided to go to her because she did such a great job cutting and layering my hair about 4 years ago. Anna called me and asked if I could come in at 1230 instead and I agreed. I hate to give a bad review on Anna because she did so well on my hair 4 years ago. 4 years ago, she was 5 starts, but I can only give her 1 star this time. If she wasn't so rough with my hair and hurting my head on multiple occasions, I would have given her 2 starts. I would hate for someone else to go through the same poor experience as I did. When I got there, Anna informed me she doesn't have time to shampoo my hair and will only do a cut. She was very rushed while cutting my hair, hurting my head multiple times by how rough she was brushing my hair. My hair definitely got thinned out by her rough brushing. I do not care for the outcome of the layers either. The layers look choppy and more layered on right side vs left. Also, my hair is a bit unevenly cut. When I went to pay, she still charged me for shampoo and cut ($35). I thought to say something in that moment but I didn't because I thought, I will not ever come back anyway.

Business advertises they are open until 7pm. Walked in at 5:45 and was rudely sent away because nobody was there to cut hair.

So older lady cut my hair last Saturday and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it was the worst haircut I've ever had. Nothing like the picture I showed her and instead of long layers one side is long and the other side was short layers. Never again will I go there. Having another salon fix her mess up
