I suggest NO ONE make an appointment for services at this salon. The first time I made an appointment for a massage, the lady was 45 minutes late and then acted put out that I was there. The 2nd time was no better. I scheduled an appointment and showed up on time only to be told that the masseuse couldn't make it. I had scheduled this 2 days before and gave up Bedlam tickets just to be blown off. Take your money to a salon that treats customers with respect!!!
