My car was totaled nearby and was hauled to this location. When I released my car, they suggested I take my license plate and I also told them my wagon was in the back trunk which I couldn’t get to since that was where I was hit. They offered to grab it. I went in a few days later to grab my license plate not thinking I’ll get my wagon but everything plus more was given back to me! Best customer service!

The lady who answers the phones is Amazing!!! I think her name was Monica. She was always so kind when I called and bugged her lol the shop manager was really disappointing. It took 2 days for him and his team to determine they "weren't certified" work on severe Toyota damage. I'm a single mom of two and every day counts on getting my vehicle back.
