Went in, and I litterally recieved the best service. The supervisor went above and beyond and was super fast at getting my phone screen replaced. She was running around the store to try and help me. The front desk guy said "that was the fastest I've ever seen her work on a screen before". Will return for future phone repairs if needed.

Me and my little brother have iPhone 13 Pro Maxes with a cracked back and front, bad battery broken camera and they replaced it all with fake apple parts And charge us 450 dollars per phone now my camera only works every once in a while and you can’t zoom out as far as factory can’t Use any location services like maps,etc battery dies super quick, but takes forever to charge and touchscreen cuts out every once in a while I would highly recommend if you have an iPhone do not use this company

Walked in and stood there for 5 minutes without a single person coming out from the back. Then I decide I'll call them because I can literally hear them in the back watching what sounds like videos. The man let the phone ring until I reached the voice-mail box and then tried to pick up the phone saying "hello" and proceeds to say "oh no must have missed them" so I say out loud your the laziest person I've ever met and walked out. Terrible way to rub a business.

The S. Okc store was very helpful and informative. They checked the phone, explained they did not have the battery, and sent us to the Midwest city store after looking at computer inventory. Once we got to this store (MWC) the guy wouldn't even look at it. Immediately began explaining why he couldn't do it... why it would break more... why it wouldn't work... We tried explaining what the other store said but he said, and I quote, "well, they only sent you here cause it's not their problem!" This is their same company store. He told us to try another place. Kept talking about the busted screen, even after we explained that the screen cover was the only thing broken. He would not listen or look. Just kept throwing out numbers...$70 $189 $etc. Never picked up the phone.Finally we took it to CDR (S.Okc) and it was an easy and very VERY inexpensive fix.7-9-23 12 ish.

Superb.Went into here thinking I needed my charging port repaired. Turned out to just be very dirty. The gentleman here cleaned it for me for free, and now it connects just fine without any more problems. My only regret is not learning his name so I can give him proper credit.Very polite, professional, and skilled. The trifecta of great business practices. Will definitely go back again if any services are required. Thank you.
