“I have just moved from a small apartment to a new place. I didn't have a whole lot and I believed their initial quote was fair.The movers, Q and Jarin, arrived early and was able to move my things within an hour and a half. They were very professional, asking if there was any thing else to move or if I needed help packing things in my car. They even helped me take a desk to the dumpster for me.Once we got to my new residence, they were quick to get everything inside. They asked where I wanted everything and not just dumping things anywhere. I was impressed that they were able to get my couch through the front door! When I paid for their services, it was a whole lot less that originally quoted!All in all, would definitely hire them again if I needed to move. Highly recommend them, especially if Q and Jarin were the ones doing the move. Great job, guys!”

“I had a move on 10-31-23 and moving on Any day can be spooky! However, this transition was far from scary. EVERYONE was super nice. From the call center Agent Erica, to Isaiah who came out and gave an honest assessment and quote. Last but not least to the 3 HUNKS that came out. Austin was so kind, B was awesome (go Norman), and Dom was the Hulk! I would absolutely recommend this company 100%. They adjusted my rate due to a smaller truck being given and finished in under time. Great Customer service from start to finish. They really did deliver!”

Julian and his crew were very professional and thoughtful in their packing. Julian was the one we communicated with the most and he was so professional, kind, and hard working. We were impressed by the thoughtfulness that went into packing our things. They pulled spare keys from drawers we forgot about, left our bedding unpacked for one more good nights sleep, and packed our things in an organized manner. We could tell they took pride in their work and we appreciated it! Moving is always a pain and they made it so painless for us. We are very grateful for their work ethic! “Great company! Easy to work with and you don't pay anything until your goods are in transit. Much less expensive than a normal move because you pay a fixed price even if gas goes up. You have to be a little more organized with scheduling and you need to hire movers but Upack is very helpful with everything. I would hire again.”
“Ricardo and Jose moved a lot of very heavy stuff into our moving trailers pretty much non-stop for 5 hours. The pricing was reasonable. When paying, there was some type of transportation charge that wasn't disclosed when I first got a quote. Wouldn't have been a deal breaker but should be more transparent. But again, they did a great job moving very heavy stuff on a very hot day. Would definitely use again.”

I was contacted by the driver, William Gaceta prior to move day just to let me know his expected time of arrival. We did a quick secondary survey over the phone so he could get a mental picture of what he was walking into. He arrived on move day, early, which I very much appreciated and went to work. “My review is way overdue! We used Discount Movers for our move and I must say… I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company. From the first time I spoke to the lady in the office (I’m so sorry I can’t find her name) to the end of the move, this company was OUTSTANDING!!! They agreed to move us on a Sunday, which was not their normal schedule and the two guys that moved us, when it was 104* outside, did a frat job loading and unloading all of our belongings. Cynthia at I-240 OKC location has been super helpful during stressful move. I will say that their website has been glitching for days, and they make setting things up sometimes impossible. but the helpfulness of the staff on-site outweighed the frustration of dealing with a bigger company that's not as focused on customer service.”

“I am so glad we used PODS on our move half-way across the country. We didn't have to stress over the 5 day limit on the truck rental, we didn't have to worry about going through the weigh stations or driving a big truck in bad weather. It was so easy! The initial phone Rep was fantastic, and all of the drivers that we encountered at drop off and pick up, and then drop off at our destination and pick up were very polite and very courteous and extremely knowledgeable about what they were doing. They called ahead of time and work just so polite and professional it was a real treat. PODS it's not cheap but once you factor in cost of the truck rental and fuel from renting with another company plus the fact that they give a USAA discount it is actually quite competitive. You get what you pay or sometimes in life, and I do not begrudge them charging a premium when everybody is fleeing California to other parts of the country. Plus, their employees were so pleasant to deal with a polite. At these various pick up and polite. Pick ups and drop offs they were on time every single time. Their text message reminders, the app that they have which is so easy to use and follow, their phone customer service which is so great all adds up to getting what you pay for. We would use PODS again in a flat second without hesitating!”
