Great experience. Emily from internet sales made sure the vehicle I wanted to look at was on hand and up front at my appointment time. She bent over backward to make sure I was happy, and followed up with me a couple of different occasions after the sale. Very happy and would recommend friends to the dealership.

William and Rayce helped us with our brand new jeep! They understood our needs and worked to get us in our vehicle. They were polite, informative, and not pushy at all. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at this location!

Don’t go here if you are wishing to finance any vehicles through your bank. They literally backed out of a sale at the last second because they found out I wasn’t going to finance through them and already had the bank check ready.

I submit a pre-approval on a car, got a call from Lori Hill wanting us to come in. Explained i live 2.5 hours away & wasnt wasting a trip if we couldnt get financed. She sent me the link for an actual application to submit so i did. She then told me she apoke to her manager and he said he didnt see why they couldnt finance us. I also recieved an email for a credit inquiry certificate for the Land Rover for $16,250 on 8/20/24. Husband took off work and we drove there on 8/26/24 after Lori confirmed financing at that price on that Land Rover. I get a call 5-10 minutes before arriving from her and she said shed be out front waiting on me. Nobody waiting on me and a new salesman Travis ended up taking over bc “she got caught up with a customer” & never apoke to her again. Explained situation to this new guy, he knew just about nothing at all. The used car sales manager Israel is who did everything bc the salesman knew nothing. I show Israel the certificate & explain Lori hill already received our application & told us we could get financed and he said no im not doing that i dont know what that even is, nope it’s $20,488 today listed. I got pissed and tried to walk out but he stopped us and begged us to please give him a chance to help us out blah blah. Once we test drive it, we decide we for sure want it. Because we have less than okay credit, we knew the interest rate would be high. We also had $1500 down payment.
After hours n hours of going back and forth with lenders, Israel said could do it for $20,488 with this rate at 72 months but the lender is charging a finance fee to get the loan for $5000. Go to finance asked if want gap said no, he got irritated and said well if you total the vehicle insurance will only cover 1/2 of what the car is worth and you’ll be stuck paying the rest. I said that’s fine, I highly doubt I’ll total it. All the documents were e-sign so nothing at all was shown to me so I could ask questions. They just wanted that $1500 check and to see it go through and sent me out the door. It was 9pm by the time we made it home, so the next day I started reading through the papers and seen the total to finance was going to be $28,309. It showed sale price as $26100, Gap for $1200, pointless dent repair $2000, fees $509 minus our down payment it came to the $28,309. I never agreed to gap or any pointless repair crap, and the sale price should of been $16250, but agreed to $20,488, then it goes up to $26,100, then $28,309. The finance guy text me to get docs done and I told him I’m not signing crap. All that info was lies and fraud and I wanted the correct numbers I agreed to. Israel called me the next day and told me the finance charge from the lender was included in the sale price, and he would get the gap n stuff taken off there. Told him I was going to try to get financing with my bank, it was Friday weekend of Labor Day so banks not open until Tuesday. My bank hadn’t gotten back with me yet, and he told me had to finalize paper work by 9pm or didn’t know if could get financing approved again. I told him to get the paper work fixed with the correct numbers and I’ll go through with their financing. He mumbled and stuttered um Tristan those numbers are all correct, I said Friday you told me you’d have the extras taken off there I never agreed to, then he mumbled some crap about acquisition costs and it was all correct.
I told him since he wants to lie and commit fraud he can come get the vehicle himself. I was not bringing it back, and I better have my $1500 down payment in my bank account or in hand or they’re not taking the car and I hung up. I even reached out to the finance liar asking him the exact “acquisition” cost and he wouldn’t reply. Even after just speaking with him shortly before.
Got a call from Ken this am, told him what was going on, and he confirmed they lied about acquisition costs, and the sale price was $26,100 and they wouldn’t budge. Disgusting losers. Good thing I recorded every time Israel came in the office that day. I have his

So, I tried to buy a pickup I found online from these guys and agreed to place a deposit to hold it over the weekend. They said they would call back that day to work out the details. I made a couple of attempts to reach them before the end of the business day, but no one returned my call. On Tuesday (Monday was Labor Day), I reached back out to get the details worked out, but everyone was being sketchy. Of course, they sold the pickup over the weekend, but had some others to look at. I was upset but willing to look at the other options. However, as we were discussing, August Minter, the sales manager got pissed and hung up on me. Called back, left message, no return call. Bizarre, I've never crossed a dealership less motivated to sell a vehicle.

Bought a car less than two months ago from this place and it’s going on three weeks being in the shop because it died on me and wouldn’t start. Seems like the service people are just dragging me around.

Went to purchase a Ram and was given a quote verbally by a woman. Drive four hours from Texas and dealt with a salesman who stated the woman we talked to did not work there. Secondly told the sales price online wasn’t what they would sell it for. Thirdly they added $3,000 more on to the online price when we wouldn’t finance with them. We were paying with an auto check and no trade in. It should have been an easy sale with cash in hand. The “dealer discount” online doesn’t disclose that if you do not finance with them that the price will be higher than the listed internet price.
