Had a custom cup made for my birthday. When received the cup was pretty impressed with the cup, it did have one or two flaws and there was a small dent in the bottom of the cup. It still stood up fine so didn't bother with all the hassle of sending it back! Shipping did take longer than planned, but you never know if it was the manufacture or the postal so no complaints. I do love my cup it is very lightly used almost always in my truck and hardly ever leaves. It's been a few
