After trying to solve the problem with my phone unsuccessfully in different location in Lawton I was disappointed and discouraged.Chelsea took time to explain my options and helped me to make the best decision for my phone problem. Because of complexity of my situation I had to come to the store two times and both times my experience was incredible.I worked with Chelsea and Steven. Both representatives showed confidence, competence and knowledge in addressing and solving my phone situation. Chelsea is the most attentive, compassionate, patient and knowledgeable representative I’ve ever had chance to meet. And I lived in a lot of different states and countries. I cannot say enough how professional and friendly her service was. Her human side adds to her professional presentation which makes interactions with her incredibly pleasant. Not only did he fix the problem, he streamlined my account, fixed an email issue, and managed to get me credit on my account. It is rare to find someone who is willing to, not only spend the time, 2 hours, but go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. I got complimented on my outfit three times, the cashier gave me 20% off because my coupon wasn't working, and I got offered a free beverage. Very clean, organized, and next to some other great shops!”
“I was with US Cellular many years ago. When I started having trouble with reception with my previous 2 carriers because of take overs, I went back to them and haven't ever regretted it. The reception is top tier anywhere I go. The people in the store are friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaints are that the put a app on the phone that I can't get off that prevents me from using some features of some of my apps. I can't even stop it, it has complete control over everything on my phone. Then there's the $5 credit I was supposed to receive for paying my bill early, that I haven't ever gotten. But it's still my favorite carrier.”
