Didn't have the correct size tire but did have a temporary fix although they over tightened the lugs. To the point I had to replace them as the threads were pulled just to the brink of stripping

Raymond is a wonderful man. He went way beyond the call of duty to help me and my mom out who were total strangers to him when my tire went flat. And the gentleman that put the tire on was very nice. Thanks for All you guys did.

Worse service ever the people that was there a not a clue what they were doing was doing business with them before wsnt go back. Balancing machine did work tire machine didn't work half the time spent an hour there

*EDIT I contacted them through their Facebook page sent the pic and video and they were so amazing and issued a full refund and we don't have to turn around to bring the tire back!! Excellent customer service!
Just purchased a tire there less than an hour ago. Had to stop at Porter Hill to put our spare back on.. below is the new used tire

I needed a specific truck tire and after checking four other places, the mechanic at City Tires Plus had the tire I needed and gave me a good deal for an excellent used tire. 15 minutes later I drove off a happy customer.
