All-State has done such a terrible job handling our claims from a resent haik storm we had. Two claims are not even showing up on the app and when I call the number for claims it automatically hangs up on you. We pay almost 400 a month between all vehicles and motorcycles and now that we need to use it they aren't paying up.

Called to get a quote. Stated I had gotten a quote from a different Allstate agency but that they were taking a while to get back to me. Did the exact same quote but this agency was coming in $30/month more. I made that comment so we could figure out why it was more expensive than the other Allstate agency and all the representative stated was "well then, go with the other agency." Unprofessional. Got a call back a few minutes later but I wasn't going to work with this agency after that.
