When we got into the room it had a funny stench to it. We blew it off as maybe needing the unit on, etc. Later my husband got under the covers and rolled onto his stomach face on the mattress and panicked. He was lying in dried urine. When I leaned down to smell it; it was very strong. We pulled the covers back and the entire mattress was covered in urine from top to bottom. I have pictures. I called the front desk and asked them to come up and change our room. They did change our room and we had to pack up my family at midnight to do so. When we arrived at the other room of course we were skeptical and checked all of the bedding. We found stains and holes on the sheets. I have pictures of that as well. We took some blankets we had to cover up with and laid on top of the all of the hotel bedding as were we exhausted from traveling, but very grossed out. When I called the front desk to ask if we could check out an hour late Sandy told me to come down in the morning. I went and he told me he would have to charge me. I said that was the least he could do considered we had just laid in a bed full of urine and had to move rooms and shower again. Sandy told me since I planned to call the manager he couldn’t compensate me on any way. It would be $10 for a 12 pm checkout. My husband went down to speak with him and he hesitantly obliged for free. When I called Vinnie on Tuesday he said they should have charged me $20 for the late checkout. I asked what was going on because Sandy told me $10. No explanation! When I asked how we could possibly be in a bed full of urine soaked bedding without their knowledge he said he didn’t know. There was never an apology that we experienced this or any empathy or compassion. It was like they didn’t care and we’re just trying to get rid of us in person and on the phone. When I asked for compensation for the very unhygienic, disgusting incident Vinnie said the best he do was $20 credit as we had already stayed there an hour late. I told him that was the least they could do considering what we had been through and the inconvenience. He did not care. This place needs to be shut down before someone gets sick! My cousin stayed in another room that same night and had feces on his shower curtain and in his shower. I don’t understand how they could be meeting the health and safety standards at this location. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

Places like this are exactly why I bring an ultraviolet light with me when I travel. There wasn’t a single surface that was clean. Even the bed spreads, which you’d hope would be clean, had a substance on them and was the straw that broke the camels back. May 2024.Rooms: Avoid at all costs. Seriously, sleep in your car.

No frig*Only vending machines, will need cash/coins if card does work.* Did not have any lotions/amendities/food to purchase behind counter etc. * If no vehicle, have uber eats etc to order your vittles. Staff was courteous.

Desk argues with you when shown they are wrong. Poor service, won't stay there again and will tell others not to stay.

I stayed 4/8-4/12 at this Wyndham location. Location of the hotel was superb for me. It was super close to where I needed to be and all around the stay was alright. The first night I stayed in the morning before Miss Bettie’s schedule the breakfast was ehh.. (Do you understand…?) but mark my words the food in the morning every night after that was a taste of heaven. Miss Bettie took my rating from a 2.5 ( stain on the sheets, obnoxious owners, verifying yourself ) to a 5 star visitI don’t get it she’s just so simple and I love simple people. She worked so hard every morning early hours, she prepared the food for everyone in the hotel and opened it up with a smile greeting everybody, she swept the floors every morning; I mean the Miss was even cleaning the blinds on the right hand side. Truly truly an angel sent from God himself. God bless you Betty, you touched my spirit with your attitude the one thing you or I could ever define, so I congratulate you on defying the odds of the seasons of life and crafting yourself into someone anyone could see in the darkest of nights a light so bright; and the darkness has not overcome it.

Check out was at 11:00am They started vacuuming in front of our rooms at 8:00am. Then around 10:00am we received several knocks which were responded to with Just a minutes. Then they used a key card to walk in while I was dressing. They also took a $100 security deposit that was not refunded after 2 weeks.Floors by the bed were sticky, so don't walk around in your bare feet.

This place is clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the rooms are nice and clean and it’s very quiet. Very nice.

Having foundation work on home, stayed here. Very clean, very quiet, great staff. Great price for Wyndham members. Many restaurants nearby.

Front desk has been very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. Will definitely stay again.Walkability: Lots of places to eat within walking distance. A shopping center and planet fitness is within walking distance.

The rooms are dirty, old and out dated, they smell really bad. The sheets are not cleaned it was hair in the sheets when I pulled the blankets back. The couch was so dirty and old.Do your research before booking this place. Also do not recommend booking with a third party because this hotel will refuse to refund your money to that third party. They want you to just accept a different room instead!

Rude staff and room was not very clean. And my husband cut his foot in the bathroom he had a shard stuck in his foot for a couple days.

I was tired after I drove 8.5 hours from Colorado to visit my son at Fort Sill. I went to the La Quinta first, but they were full. So I saw this hotel across the street. The sheets were completely dirty. Do your research about reviews because I know this place has bed bugs. I came home and a few months after I was being bite by something. Pulled my bed out and I had saw I had a bed bug. I had to throw away my mattress and bed. Don't stay here!
