I went here for the first time in June if 2023. There was no line and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable on the products. I had a new phone with new service up in going in less than 30 mins.

Employee made a rude comment to a veteran about how "well the phone isn't really free, SOMEONE has to pay for it" the customer was visibly offended,I left the store without getting assistance.

I needed to cancel my account because my phone got stolen. The gal said they couldn't do that in store, that I'd have to call customer service for that. I was on hold with customer "service" for over 30 mins and no one ever picked up. I can't wait to get a new phone with a different company.
