Excellent, clean, friendly place to stay. My husband has stayed there on his route since 2009. Definitely the cleanest motel around. Large parking area.

Owners are friendly rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Good parking with enough room to turn your boat trailer around if needed. Best over night spot to stay if you’re not camping!

Stayed here for 2 nights- I absolutely love this motel! We will be staying here again. Tv had netflix And roku (with account). Microwave, mini fridge, and front office has an ice marker. The ice maker is limited to room ice buckets, tumblers, and small coolers (Very small) reasonably so! Boat hookups, and patio chairs outside as well as small tables and ashtrays. Showers and faucets get hot (FAST) and stay hot for a long while. Very clean rooms!!! We were pleasantly surprised for a motel to be so clean. There is a faint scent of musk (I'm going to blame it on cleaning fumes) that goes away quickly. Very close to many docks/ramps. Owners are very nice, and great for accommodating needs. 100 % would recommend the stay.

Older but clean and well-maintained, American owned and family operated, reasonably priced with boat plug-ins. Microwave and fridge.Everything you need in a place to stay when you go fishing! Highly recommend!

Cozy little motel just outside of Kingston conveniently located near Lake Texoma and Marina Del Rey. Owners are super friendly and offer military discount. Rooms were nice, clean, clean shower with super hot water, had coffee pot, small fridge, microwave, 32” TV but limited channels and free WiFi.Beds are firm but slept comfortably, could use extra pillows but we always travel with some. It wasn’t noisy and would recommend staying here.
