“It is now an outlet store. I was surprised at how many things I really liked. Maybe it's this dang inflation but I was shocked at how high the prices were. There great deals in the outlet store. They seem higher than they were before they became an outlet.”
“I shop women's department which is sorted by designer which I find helpful. There are lots of selections, many, many 40% and more off. Select items many to choose from. It is easy to find parking close to the doors. However, I think the staffing is short when it's time to check out. There are men 's, kids, bedding and small kitchen /dining departments as well as shoes, jewelry and a few cosmetics.”

“Haven't been to big lots in years, my eldest daughter wanted to go so we all said sure why not. I thought we could get some cheap stocking stuffers. I was very surprised at the choices and quality of most of their products. Pricing was good not cheap but good.”

“I've been out of State for over a year and the nearest Kohl's store was too far to drive and shop in person. I enjoy looking at and feeling the texture of the garments and hats I buy. It's good to be home in Broken Arrow, OK and just a couple of miles away from my favorite Kohl's store, where I receive excellence throughout my shopping experience.

“Convenient location in mid town Tulsa. They always seem to have what I need for my “everyday” buys. I know they won’t have the same selection as a super center so I’m not measuring against that. Staff is always courteous and accessible . Always greater with smiles.”

Still a nice place to shop even with the off to school shopping rush the place still has plenty of stock available. Even better, this store becomes one of the few Nordstrom Rack stores with seating available. Well done!

“Sieh was very helpful. Although this location didn't have the product I was looking for, she was polite and guided me to the location where I could find it. I will not go to the Utica square location because the girl who answers the phone is disinterested in helping customers and would rather be on her phone. Sephora, as a whole, kept my business from going elsewhere for what I needed, entirely because of Sieh. I hope I spelled her name correctly. As I understand that there are no bonuses or commissions, if she asked me for a raise, I would give it to her.”

“This store is always clean with a higher caliber of people and staff in the store. And the outside of the building is fresh and nice to look at. If I'm not visiting a neighborhood walmart, this is my preferred store.
Edit in 2024: still a clean store, but they don't have a lot of clerks for check out and I refuse self checkout. A TON of shoppers for pick up orders and sometimes that blocks aisles (Because the carts they use are huge). Other than that, I still go here to save money on groceries and my household items.”

“The market offers a good variety of grocery products and it's easier to shop without feeling overwhelmed as with their super store. They also have a pharmacy so you can get your prescription filled while you're shopping! As a personal convenience, we typically order online and do pickup up/delivery. On this particular day, I decided to pop inside. With the impending weather conditions, it brought quite a few shoppers. They were busy and although some food items were out of stock, it was understandable. I appreciate our neighborhood market for their consistency in friendliness, product selections, and convenient, online service!”
