Women’s bathroom was disgusting. 2 out 4 stalls were open. One stall had urine all over the ground and the changing table for babies looked like it had never been wiped down. Didn’t even go to bathroom and I changed my son in our car instead. A female employee was told about the urine on the floor in one of the stalls and she said “okay.” And kept working on her task instead of addressing the human waste on the floor.

If you say your going to have breakfast out at 5:00 a.m then do so and when u ask for bacon,egg cheese wrap. Don't tell the customer oh we are out of bacon, but if u wait 5 minutes I make u some up. Some people don't like sausage or can't eat it. So please do better for your regular customers.

I love QT. It is my preferred place to stop for diesel, fountain drinks, tea, and bathroom and will drive out of my way for QT. This location is NASTY. Employees standing around when they could be cleaning ESPECIALLY the bathrooms. Traffic is a nightmare at this location with a poor design.

Great food, great staff. Horrible parking. Cars come in the truck entrance and cut the trucks off in the fuel island. Cars that require diesel enter the fuel island backwards causing a closure and truck’s cannot enter the fuel island. It’s like they ignore the do not enter sign.

We recently visited the QT convenience store on our way south and were initially pleased to see the enticing offer of a $0.99 fountain drink with the purchase of a taco. As loyal patrons of QT, our expectations were high.
Unfortunately, our experience quickly took a disappointing turn when we realized that the only tacos available were made with eggs. One member of our group does not consume eggs, so we had to resort to the only egg-free option, the chicken biscuit. Regrettably, the quality was subpar, with dry and flavorless meat that left us feeling unsatisfied.
Typically, when we visit our local QT at 6:30 in the morning, we're able to enjoy delicious brisket tacos without eggs. However, the staff at the Henrietta QT informed us that they were unable to prepare egg-free tacos, which was rather disheartening.
Due to this experience, we are hesitant to return to the Henrietta QT for our meals in the foreseeable future. It was a disappointing and regrettable waste of our money.

Very impressed with this nice little place,
For here we did stop in our most urgent haste.
The workers were helpful and kind as could be,
and there was no dirt or grim we could see.
The gas was most cheap, and great quality too,
and there was a selection of food we could chew.
Bananas, and burritos, and chips in a row,
Candy, and jerky, and more food they did show.
And the beverages, oh, the beverages galore,
Red Bull, and juice, and gatorade, and more,
Celsius, and wine, and coffee of course.
Any of these would look good in your Porsche.
So now as from this poem I give leave,
Please take my advice and from traffic weave,
Right into the drive of this cute, clean quick trip.
Be sure to be polite and buy a drink to sip.
So farewell, and so long, and I wish you the best,

we travel this way often, most QT bathrooms are good, but the one in Henrietta has not been so good since it opened, but good enough - until today! 2 stalls out of order and such mess! it usually is somewhat overflowingtrash, but omg, and so many people in line, well in the women's at least. Definitely in need of a bathroom makeover!!!PS why are the men's and women's on separate ends? seems much harder for parents (& grandparents like me) to take kids and themselves (ya know, dads with daughters and moms with sons - i.e, I usually have 2 grandsons who are getting to old to go in the women's with me)

Not sure why this place didn't register when looking for Diesel.Came far too close to empty, and knowing this was a few miles closer would have helped my blood pressure.Large station. Diesel seemed to be at most pumps on the auto side. The Semi side seemed well utilized, as well.
