Suck they trying push what they don't have can't even get them to change out the router, or even watch an 1 and half long movie without the service going out 4 to 5 times service sucks and can't get a different service because they have a contract so therefore can't get Vyve like I want then they don't even offer no discount or anything for the problems it seems to me all they about is profit

They have shown consistently that they are incapable of providing reliable internet connection to their customers, I can't watch any of the streamers I follow who use their services without the stream being cut short by their internet being cut off, do not use them if you're dependent on the internet for your livelihood.
