Roughly 400 miles in to cross country drive with trailer from KCMO to PHX AZ, we encountered issues with our vehicle after overnight stay at a motel in Guymon - on a Sunday morning!! Richard came out to the hotel to troubleshoot, found the part at a local parts supplier then helped tow us up the road to their shop where he spent his Sunday afternoon getting us back on the road! We thought we would surely be out of luck but J Mattocks got us taken care of. Amazing, knowledgeable service, and kindness that had us blown away. Thank you!
