Richard and Linda are the best insurance agents for the entire OK and AR region! We switched ALL our long-time accounts (home, auto, motorcycle and an umbrella policy) to them, SAME exact coverages, and cut our rates IN HALF! Highly recommend- and they are nice, local people to know!

After doing business with another local Grove insurance company for nearly 15 years, we had never experienced a claim. (My husband was a friend of the owner.) After my husband's death, I started to compare rates for homeowners and vehicle insurance and was shocked at the difference at what we had been paying. I immediately switched to Farmers and was feeling quite happy about it, when a bad hail storm hit. I likely wouldn't have thought much about it, but an adjuster was in our neighborhood checking out several of our neighbor's roofs, and said we had severe damage. I really hated that it happened so fast after switching insurance companies, but Farmers covered the entire thing. I just wish it would have happened while we still had the company that had been overcharging us for so many years. I am very pleased with Farmers Insurance.
