I went through the touchless automatic and it left a new design on the bottom of my new car on both side all the way from the front to the back. I don't want another car wash. I want to know what you are going to do to fix this issue on my new car. We have already paid for a self serve car wash and scrubbed the entire car with the foam brush which didn't take the design off my car either.

Pretty regular experience, regular car wash options, had a bit of a wait because only two automatic lanes, but overall it's a good place to wash your car.

Tire Cannon does not work? Would it be possible for a longer drying time? I have a small sedan and it doesn’t get dry.

Went through and purchased the "Best Wash" for $14 and then drove straight home. When I got out of my car in the garage (5 minute drive home), the spots around the lower part of my car were just as dirty as when I pulled in, except for streaking where the water ran down from the top part of the doors, etc. Huge waste of $14 and certainly won't make that mistake again!!!

Paid 14$ and the hood and backside of my vehicle was never touched by wash. No number to call no attendant there so i just threw 14$ away. Worst car wash ever and customer svc in non existant

Can't get the vacuum cleaners to turn on.. I put a what it says on the vacuum cleaners dollar and still won't turn on the car wash machine didn't tell me when I was about to run out of time not a bad place but tried to call the number but it tells me the number has been disconnected. #3 vacuum how ever I did get someone to come out and help me get what I needed and got my friends vehicle cleaned up and vacuumed out thanks for the help

My husband loves this car wash, he cleans our vehicle's and they always come clean. He doesn't like the drive through he likes to do it his self.

Pretty disappointing I paid for top car wash and didnt even clean car and the dryers were a complete joke shortest ive ever seen any they shouldn't have even cut on what a waste of money should have just paid of basic
