People are not friendly to those not usual customers, actually very snooty and rude...prices are extremely higher due to no competition....should be choices to keep competitive prices down, same goes with local repair shops and not auto parts stores available within 25 miles.....very sad with such a nice quint place.

I ordered tires from this company because my current tires had wires showing. They said the tires would be in Monday, between 10am-2pm and I would get a call when they were in. There was NO phone call. When I called at 11am, I was told they hadn't been delivered. At 2:30pm I called again. The associate said to come down as the tires were delivered. I drove right over. Made it there at 3:05pm. That's when I was told the "tire guy" was off at 3pm. I was also informed that the tires were delivered at 10:30am. I had to take a day off work to get this done. This store needs better communication.

Their rental equipment has gone downhill bad! I rented their skid steer for today and tomorrow. Spent two hours today trying to get the left track back on. No answer and no "in case you have problems with our rental equipment" phone number available. I drove to the store after hours and there is no number posted for emergencies. The skid steer will only go backwards. It was trashed when I picked it up with baby wipes and cigarette butts in the cab. Fuel was "short filled". I doubt they even look at their equipment when it gets returned, just looking to make a buck not caring about the next customer.

The people that was there when my mother and I were purchasing paint. The lady was like really good people! Experience wasn't at all difficult... Not at all a long moment of developing into a bad experience, but a welcome bye when we left. Thank you Gore Hardware!!Oh and the color my mother chose was perfectly on the spot, and my mother's living room is beautiful...
