Have been sick ask to extend payment date 10 days. Totally unwilling to work with me. Threaten to start legal proceedings for asking to make payment 10 days late. Had many loans with them but as soon as they are paid off will be my last. Sorry 10 day delay is not reason to seek legal action. Will continue to let everyone I know how they are not a reasonable company.

VERY poor customer service, I have had several loans with this company and this will be the last! if you are ready for EXCELLENT customer service go to Tower loans, Regional Finance, One Main Finance, these 3 companies are ready and willing to meet not only your loan needs , but are above and beyond when it comes to repayment options.

Lawton Branch just threatened me! not cool in my book! calls my work everyday! I told them not to bc it was getting me in trouble and they still just keep calling. They won't work with u at all.

Ok well I am the Manager of the Norman Branch and I can tell you most of the bad reviews are from people who do not take care of their account very well so we have to make contact with them to find out why and that is hard to do when they ignore our calls and avoid the issues so you are only hearing one side of the issue so do not bash us unless you know both sides of the story. I don’t know how managers before me performed but I care about the needs of my customers and will do whatever is needed in my power to help them

Terrible customer service at the one in Sallisaw. I tried to apply there and they took forever and never called me back then were rude to me.
