I wish I was able to actually get through to the shop. Ive tried calling multiple days, at different times in case they had closed early or were on lunch, but unfortunately the number provided on google, facebook, and the BBB all seem to be connected to a fax machine (dial up tone immediately when calling). Without a website to direct to, nor an email, I don’t know how else to contact this shop without going to their physical location.
It is a shame, as I had multiple recommendations from mechanics to take my car here for a subframe repair. I will happily change the review if I am able to contact the shop, and provide the number that worked.

I just recently had 2 vehicles repaired here. My wife's 2023 Jeep Wagoneer took on a deer. They did a great job replacing the whole front end. I also had one of my 2022 GMC 2500 work trucks repaired. The passenger door and bed were krinkled in. Can't even tell it was hit! The guys had to work around my equipment that was mounted to the side of the bed. Communication was great. He told me upfront that the Wagoneer was going to take some time due to parts being on national back order. As for the truck, I would have loved a new door, but... he told me it wouldn't be here until November possibly. He instilled the confidence in making it like new. He did just that. I highly recommend Jeramy and the crew at FTG Auto Refinishing.

I have used FTG auto refinishing many times over the years. Jermey and his staff have always done first class work on my automobile and with excellent service. I would not take my car anywhere other than FTG auto refinishing.
