Give accurate information at the start. I wasn't told the price mark-up ahead of time. About 6k over msrp. I was told that they weren't/couldn't get any more of the 2023 mavericks, yet now they've got 3 listed on their website. Salesmen were friendly. Body shop was excellent with the spray-in bed liner.

Ordered and purchased my 2023 super duty lariat ultimate from Stevens Ford. It's my 3rd truck I've purchased from them. And I live in Edmond. Many dealers around here I could have gone to closer. Austin Cushman was my sales associate and Brandon Gritz took care of me in finance. Can't recommend them enough. Top notch through the entire purchase

Leaving a horrible review because my 16 year old daughter was at a dental appointment in enid and the mustang they were driving wouldn't start they towed it to the dealership. The dealer said it was late and that they couldn't do anything tried to jump it and they told them not to do anything to it they would tow it home the next day. And the service people left with her and her boyfriend sitting in the parking lot alone for 3 hours while someone came to get them... they arrive back the next morning and they cut and programmed a key. BUT still it didn't start. They thought they had to pay since it was done $137 for a couple teenagers 3 hours away from home. We tow the vehicle home and get to working on it and the key they supposedly cut and programmed isn't. They went back today and they wouldn't refund the program part. We only wanted the program part back so we can get it programmed here at home. I never leave reviews like this but something needs to be said. These were young people 3 hours from home going to the orthodontist.

Thank you Josh and Val for helping me get my new car! Their pride in the dealership is very apparent and they helped me deal with some issues at the bank to help me receive my car in the tight timeline I needed. Cindy typed up the title in no time and David dropped the vehicle off/took my trade in - he was very polite and communicative. I feel like I got a great value for the new car and trade-in. Enid is lucky to have y'all!

My husband and I have purchased two cars from this dealership and I have to say everyone is really accommodating and straight forward. We felt confident in both our purchases and knew exactly what we were getting with no funny business or sly salesman tricks. We will purchase from here again.
