I had a blow out on the highway. I was 100 miles from home and needed to get to Oklahoma City. Lincoln Towing got there took care of my car while i waited for my ride. He made sure I was alright and had transportation before he left. Above and beyond!

Called for a tractor pullout. They quoted the minimum but the driver showed up in a large 50 ton. It wasn't relayed correctly about the size. The driver still attempted to try even tho I thought it wouldn't fit in the needed area. Unfortunately he couldn't get back there to pull it out and had to turn around and leave.
Another recovery driver brought out a smaller unit. He was able to make it to the tractor, hook up, and get it out.
The driver called when completed and they reduced the payment. I have a tractor and they made money!!
This company did the right thing on a misunderstanding and corrected it!
100 Stars!!!!
Hopefully I will never need to call their number again but they will be my 1st!

Do not recommend!!! They came by to tow two vehicles in my neighbors driveway. In the process they drove into my yard left deep ruts, ran over my sprinkler system and busted it. Driver never came to door to notify about the damages. Tried multiple times to contact the owner to resolve the damages they have done. No response from the owner, no returned phone calls. They do not care for other homeowners property. Left with over $250 worth of damages that should have never happened. DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!!!

Since Nov 2023, Franklin has provided 2 out of 3 tows I've needed. Have had a run of bad luck. Franklin Towing just left my house earlier this evening actually. They are fast, friendly and professional. They also support Autism. Don't hesitate to call 'em up if you find yourself stranded.10/10 recommend!!

Prompt, professional, courteous. Car was making weird sucking noise at idle after being towed and threw a check engine light. Let it rest while I was at work and the sucking noise went away. Filled up and CEL went away. I’m only posting this in case anyone else needs a tow and experiences this. Our driver was very nice and gave me and my wife a ride to the tire shop with our car. Thank you so much for your help. I hope I can get you guys next time I need roadside.

Omgoodness all I can say is I'm speechless. If you know me then that is a huge deal. Jeff with Franklin's towing is amazing. I truly believe he was led by God himself and is an angel on earth.
Pretty sure that God placed my tow in his hands personally for today my life is spared again by the man upstairs using Jeff as a messenger and helper. I will never use another company unless he is involved again. I wish i could give 100x ? ? ? ? ?

The guy went above and beyond getting my car towed from my trailer to my buddy's house in a timely manner! I really wanted to tip him but I didn't have the money on me! Jeff Collins said not to worry about the tip. Really great guy!
