Very rude, shelves are empty and they never want to help just stand at the counter and ignore people. Been in several times. Need new employees

Got here to the Sally's in elk city Oklahoma 20 min before they are supposed to close at 6 and the door is already locked. Never will I come back to this store again id rather drive 2 hours to Amarillo from where I live the 45 min to this one

They were very helpful in recommending a product to help me get blue color out of my light colored hair.the product they recommended,got all the blue color out!!!!I was very happy for their help.
