Very unorganized. Pre-qualified online, they gave me a number. Talked to someone on the phone and sent in all my documents, got another number. They asked me to come in and sign some paperwork and took back their offer and offered me much less. Won’t be coming back.

Courteous, professional and - very importantly - respectful. I found all of the people I worked with to be operating exactly as I would hope they would. It was honestly about as good of an experience as you could want for a personal loan. It also seemed like it was a corporate culture thing, not a one-off of some particularly nice people, for what it's worth. If I need this kind of loan again, I would be happy to use this company.

I called OneMain and asked for a loan and received a call back from Stephanie and she informed me that they could not loan the full amount I requested but they could do a lesser amount. After I spoke with my fiancé' we decided to accept the offer and when I went in the next day I was greeted in a very friendly manner by all three employees and Stephanie proceeded with the paperwork and I walked out in no time with a check in hand.
