I have been here a couple of times and had great experiences both times!! The first time I brought my two young daughters and the woman was wonderful with them!! The man has done my pedicure twice now and it’s hands down the best pedicure ever!! He is so detailed and meticulous! He even taught me how to cut my toenails properly as I didn’t know I had been doing it wrong forever ʟᴏʟ I took my newborn baby with me both times and they are so amazing with children!! Highly recommend! Signed - happy relaxed momma!

Zero stars. Don’t waste your money. They will rip you off here! I chose a full set with gel and the price list said $45. I chose my color and not only was the work messy, when I asked her to change it, it took two times for it to be even remotely acceptable. I got a French manicure with glitter polish on the tips. When I got to the register, she said $65. I asked why so much and she said “$20 for the sparkle polish”. That was never disclosed to me!! I am so angry. She was also very rude and blamed her messy work on me, saying I moved my fingers, when I know I didn’t. These nails looks awful. I’m so upset. Go to Fancy Nails in Warr Acres instead. It’s NYE and I gave this place a chance. Never again!!

Worst service ever that my daughter had to experience. Only one lady there and she was told she didn’t like them and still try to charge 70. Walked out still unsatisfied and paid 45. I wouldn’t of paid 10cents. Just sayin. Will not use this place ever again.Service: Gel manicures

Walked in on Friday afternoon for a pedicure. I chose the $55 Naturalist Pedicure. The woman (owner) performed my pedicure. She went thru the motions of using tools but didn't use them properly. I think she assumes people don't watch her work, but I did. I watched her not file nails right, misuse tools, my toe nails were filed crooked, she refused to trim them to my asking because she believed they were short enough. I asked her to get the dirt from the side of the big toe nail and she said "I already did". I replied that I could see the dirt, pointed it out, and asked her to please get it. She said she already did that. Folks, I watched her every move. She clearly didn't. She was notably angry that I questioned her and she proceeded to dig in my toe with the pointed side of the tool. Three times I said "Ow! Please not so hard." I gave two stars because she had strong hands that made the leg and foot rub enjoyable. When painting my toes, she didn't let polish dry before applying a top coat. I would NOT recommend this salon. The price was way too much for the service received. I made the mistake to stop in for a try and I won't be back. Save yourself hard earned money!!

The rudest woman I’ve met in a salon. She was irritated by the way I held my hands. I didn’t understand what she said and she said “I speak and you don’t hear me?” I asked for ombre and didn’t get it. I said I was tired and she said “you should’ve come tomorrow”. I was clearly a nuisance vs a customer. She wanted to close and go home and I understand but I called ahead and she should’ve said no. I actually teared up because I was treated so rudely. Women come and treat ourselves to something we enjoy and it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. Didn’t even use cuticle oil on me. I will never come here again. She also drew blood being too aggressive with the dremel tool and file twice. Argued that she didn’t get me. I guess when I started bleeding, she realized she was wrong. It’s a hard pass for me and anyone else I know. Also, she needed to clean the manicure area. It was dusty and dirty. We all have things in our lives and she could’ve been kind.Service: Manicure
