Brenda and her husband went above and beyond to make sure I had my packet for my 4 week English course.Brenda calls to let me know that they have not had a chance to print the packet because of the terrible weather (freezing weather with ice and snow), but that they were going to the office to print it soon, and asked if I could meet at the place to pick it up. I asked if it were possible to instead send it through mail since I didn't feel comfortable driving today, and because they are closed tomorrow. Brenda kindly suggested that they could deliver it to my door since I live closer than the post office, and to assure I receive it before my assignments are due. I gave her my address and within a couple of hours I had my packet!I'm blown away by their kindness and professionalism. Not only that, but the packet is nicely assembled with a sleek appearance.I highly recommend anyone using them, you won't find service like this anywhere else!

I had a manual printed with this company. They were half the price of the big box stores and the customer service was amazing. I had to switch my order last minute from store pick up to shipping last minute and they immediately got my order to the post office so I could receive it within 2 days. I will definitely use them for all my future printing needs.

I had an incredible experience working with Mason here at Kopy Kat! He was quick to respond to emails, very kind, and made sure all of my needs were met for my architectural prints! Not to mention, their pricing is the best that I’ve found for higher quality! They have definitely won over my future business!To preface, I used to print at FexEd around the corner that had terrible customer service and charged an INSANE amount for each print. Don’t waste your time at FEDEX, bring yourself into Kopy Kat!

New owners are great! Mary at the front was very helpful and kind. In the past, encounters with the previous owners were always uncomfortable and dry. Getting UCO materials is now less difficult!
