Great service! They replied to my message within an hour of me sending it (during business hours). They were honest, straightforward and up front about the whole process. And I received no judgment when it became apparent that the reason my AirPods weren’t working was because the speaker mesh was 100% clogged with nastiness. I wasn’t even charged extra for the extra time it took to clean it all out! My AirPods are now working like new!

My kids just destroyed their iPad Saturday night and my go-to store close Sunday so my brother told me to try the one next to his house. Went to Fast Bros and got it done in 2 hours. Look like new again. The blonde guy (sorry for not remember your name) also helped me apply screen protector on the iPad. Very happy with the service.

Not great service and no I do not recommend this business.
UPDATE: It’s been 2 weeks since I had my screen replaced for my I phone 12 pro. I have never had an issue with my phone before now. My battery will not stay charged. I called fast bro’s to ask if it could be because the screen was replaced, and I was told no.
Upon leaving the day of service, I was asked to leave a review in store, and I would receive a free screen protector. I did so, and I’m updating that review now to reflect this.
Today, not only did the screen protector shatter, but so did the actual phone screen. (I do have my phone in a case as well and didn’t drop or damage my phone this was from simply putting my phone on my nightstand)
These products are not good quality, and they’re not Apple products. For that reason, their products will drain your battery, as well as cause more issues in the near future. This business does not use quality products, but they tell you before they repair it that it will have no effect on your phone. Also, once the repair was complete, there was a general setting alert that cannot be removed that states you have an issue with your phone not having authentic products installed. I paid $140 for this service. I do not recommend this business.
2nd update- just left the Genius Bar at Apple. The guy at fast bros stripped the screws in my phone and destroyed my front facing camera. Had to buy an entirely new phone.

I took my Galaxy A23 for screen repair,got it fixed for $90+dollars. With all that being said do your research, I fix my own phone for a woping $40. This is part's and labor!!

Just gotta say, Fast Bros is our family's go-to for phone fixes. And this time, it was the kiddos' iPad not charging up. Super stoked they handle iPads too! They broke it down for me on what could go wrong with charging in the future and how to dodge those issues. Service was quick and on point. Highly recommend you check them out!

I stopped by today to fix my iPhone screen and it was a breeze - super fast and convenient. The folks there are really helpful. They've got screen protectors for all iPhone models and a bunch of phone cases too. It's like a one-stop shop for phone stuff. Totally recommend them!

They were able to take out a broken charger piece from my phone charger port. It was stuck in there for 2 years, tried to take it out at home, even superglue didn’t work. The service was inexpensive, and I’m relieved that I no longer have to use the wireless charger.
