We pulled up on a Thursday evening just as they were closing. The girl working stayed over just to help us get our camper stored. I wish I could remember her name because it was awesome customer service! You can easily pay over the phone.

The units do not protect from Varmin! We had to throw away a lot of stuff that rats got into. Early mid month when we vacated and contacted the office, no pro-rated refund after leaving the unit cleaner than when it was rented 3 years ago.
