The people where are very nice, do not get me wrong in any way do I intend to attack anyone’s character. I brought a car in with an electrical issue. I was told it was solved, the moment I stepped into the vehicle. The battery was dead. All I was offered was a jump. The job I payed for was to fix whatever electrical issue was stopping my car from starting, and that’s it. I think nothing of it. Drive off, and when I need to drive to work. No start again. They show up and decide to give me a jump, and again didn’t address the dead battery. I was then told (the day after I payed for the service) my brake lights were bypassed which are required by law to work. My brand new battery charger won’t charge the battery now and they’ve left. I removed the terminals to try and charge the battery directly. Fully charged, and the car won’t start. A relay is buzzing now that never buzzed before. This means the wiring is faulty. The job was to fix the wiring. I was also told the hazards couldn’t turn off and proceeded to find the hazard switched on. I was also told fuses blew and they weren’t replaced. This job was half assed. I now am not having my calls answered, I was told items were replaced that indeed were not replaced. This place will take your money and think you’re dumb. In the last 48hrs that all my calls that have been missed and not returned, I have found the parts and way to fix it myself for cheaper than what they charged me. Never go here.

These guys are great. Took my saturn sky in for a starting issue. Initially, I got it back, but I still have the same issue. I called them back, and they ordered more parts , fixed it, and didn't charge more. Very reasonable prices.

Got an oil change on my truck and now my truck isn’t working right. We have a 2019 so it’s not that old and it was running smoothly until yesterday when we took our truck to them to get an oil change

First of all I usually do not post reviews,if I think you did me wrong I just don’t use you anymore,but here lately I’ve had bad experiences with everyone I deal with,I was looking for a local shop to do my repairs,stay local,I called around to shops to get a quote on removing resonators on a charger have had it done acouple of times before so knew what it took to do it,not a big project,I called yesterday ask for a quote the gentleman told me $75-$80 dollars which a little more expensive than the last time I had it done,but maybe materials have increased in price so I said fine less do it.he had an appointment 1:00 today,I show up at 12:45,he tells me he had encountered problems and running an hour behind,that’s fine,I left came back an hour later, he get it right in ,it takes him two and half hours to complete the last one I had done only took about 45 minutes to complete,that’s fine sometimes you have problems,he finish’s seems to have done a good job,went to pay and the price is almost double at $145,I say you told me $75 yesterday on the phone,he says it took longer then we expected,no apology whatsoever,my complaint is if you tell me to be there at a time, apologize for the inconvenience and honor your quote,not a good way to run your business,if you do your job in the time frame it really takes instead of goofing off around the shop,then charging your customers for play time ,it’s wrong,I have five vehicles I was looking a maintenance shop for,this is not itService: Auto exhaust system replacement
