I feel bad not only for the employees but for the store themselves, and the company as a whole. the staff is great, and the company as a whole is working genuinely to make a better tool at a lower prices, Pittsburgh line of tools are great, often a one or two time use then to trash but the ICON line of tools genuinely good tools, Anyways, the store is often very clean and nicely laid out easily one of my favorite stores to visit along with others. it's honestly a shame to see so much theft in this store people stealing icon branded stuff wrenches etc shows me it's not really a "need" it's a want and a want to not pay for things. depressing
