Spoke with David on the phone about a vehicle I was about to purchase. After giving me an honest evaluation he saved me from making a huge mistake. Also my family uses him for other vehicles and the shop does an amazing job always goes above and beyond.

I’ve had my oil changed there several times and the staff were efficient and polite. This week I had a concern about my car not related to oil change. I stopped by to discuss. Although they don’t do that specific job, my car was given a good look over, even checking my spare’s air pressure. All done with a smile and “ no charge.”

Do not take your car here. Got our daughter a car to drive to college. She's been driving it for several months. Got the oil changed there. 2 days later she calls me saying it's temping hot. We go check it and not a drop of oil in it. There's also no drain plug. I put one in and filled the oil. A day later it starts smoking really bad. Wanted her to handle the situation best she could alone as a leaning moment. They have the owner call her. He starts off by saying "I don't know why I even need to call you for this". She explains the situation. He says says "it's just a coincidence". Your cars just burning oil. So I call, leave messages and spoke to the manager on duty. Still nothing from the owner. He'll talk down and treat a young woman like she's stupid. But has nothing to say when a man gets involved. And is completely avoiding doing the right thing. Horrible business practice.

Quoted me 130 plus tax for transmission flush total. Then after service was done,they charged me for a "trans kit", charged me for "transmission fluid",even though the transmission fluid is included with the flush! After being quoted for 130 for eveything,total payment was $260! So whoever needs a trans flush better think twice about going here.

They said they new how to do transmission servicing for cars with no dip stick. Towed to them after a friend let a little transmission fluid out accidently because they said they had knowledge of adding some back.. Towed home to my normal mechanic for a radiator. Drove once after new radiator was put on to a store and all transmission fluid fell out because they (Erics Auto)didn't tighten plug..
