Don't know how they call themselves mechanic when they can't even tell the main difference between a v6 and a v8 engine, they told my mother her car was a v6 yet has 8 sparkplugs, a v6 engine only has 6 sparkplugs, the Vin even said it was a v8 series, and right on top of the engine said Lincoln v8, they then either forgot or intentionally took the engine cover off that said Lincoln v8 and never put it back on, then what EVERY SINGLE MECHANIC said would've taken maybe an 8 hr job took 4 days, then proceeded to talk to my mother like she was dumb. Kept trying to get her to let them keep the car and do more work even though she only had enough money for the 1 thing she sent the car to them for, kept telling my mother an excuse that even though they own a business they can't afford health insurance like it was my mothers fault they can't afford it.
