They have a horrible review for a reason. They are horrible. I used them because another location was out of stock but I won't ever use them again. From the transfer person being rude to waiting in the drive thru while they got rxs ready for the person in front of me instead of having them pull behind me as their second window doesn't work. I ended up going inside due to waiting so long and then the 2nd lane not working. The person inside was nice enough but slow.

I have been coming to the location for years, always good service. I guess the staff has changed I had called for my refills and was told it would be ready at a certain time, tried to pick it up and was told to come back later. Called again to verify the time, was told it would be ready it was not. Waited until the following wk, called again spoke with a male staff memeber who gave me another timeframe, got off work just to get there and be told " do you know how much it is going to cost," i dont care about the cost. She told me 3 different prices, but I had already confirmed the price with my insurance. At this point I said I'll pay whatever, she rolled her eyes and looked to the right as of someone was telling her what to say. I'm confused it was a new medication, but it's not like I was filling some narcotics or or psych meds. I forgot to mention after waiting in line for 15min, she had me drive around the building so others could be helped, I'll post names next time. Forgot to mention after all the back and forth, the price went from 489 to 220... the 220 was the insurance original price. People do your homework, call your insurance to verify if you need too. Im glad I did.

So something so small turn into a big deal all because of the store manager leeshaWanted to have me buy something just to receive change so I bought some candy just to get her to open the drawer when they actually can open the drawer without a purchase it has been done for me before and I wanted to return it to get my money back but she refused when she could have returned my item or just simply gave me change I don’t care how much it cost that’s beside the point and when I asked why she said I’m not returning something you just bought when I’m actually allergic, to the candy I grabbed when I only bought it to get you to open the drawer for change so this is poor customer service but maybe you guys don’t care about poor reviews and that’s sad and yes I contacted corporate to have the district manager aware as well waiting on a call back

Made 3 trips , still isn't ready.What a joke. It was sent to them days ago. All three trips their drive through was closed. I'm going to Walgreens from now on. I'll gladly drive a little further for good service.

I wish the pharmacy staff would make a point to ask if we have a CVS Care card. They default to ringing up meds without it. Also wish they would process scripts faster. I'll get a notice that something is "in progress" and two days later it still isn't ready. Giving four stars because most of them are nice and I know they're overworked.

Not sure why their drive-thru is closed due to “staffing issues” when there are 4-5 able bodies working back there. Moving super slow and not with a purpose. I get it, they’re tired….heck, so am I after working a 10 hour shift as a nurse. Standing in line for 45 minutes is NOT what I want to be doing after being on my feet all day when I still have dinner to cook once I get home. Okay rant over, enjoy the rest of y’all’s day/evening!

Worst place ever. Took my son to urgent care yesterday and he was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection and a severe asthma flare up. Had an antibiotic and steroid the doctor called in that we are still waiting for them to fill. I've gone up there twice already and keep getting told it will be a few more hours cause they are a week behind on filling prescriptions. Meanwhile my son is laying in bed miserable having to take breathing treatments every 4hours cause the steroids he needs are still being processed at the pharmacy.

Provider sent medication in 10 days ago. CVS says I need prior auth. Called my provider. They said insurance does not require prior auth. Called CVS and they said it is actually a back order problem and there are over 20 people before me waiting for the same RX. I got no notice about how long I would have to wait for RX or any advice on how and where to get RX. They were the least helpful. I was apparently waiting for a RX that was never going to come....

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too! I needed a prescription filled that all lot of pharmacy’s didn’t carry on hand. I called 4 pharmacies before this one that had it in stock. While on the phone with them they went to make sure it was on the shelf. I then asked them to call my original pharmacy to have them send the script over (because that’s the only way they will send it). They agreed and set me up to receive text messages to let me know when my prescription is ready. Two hours later I went to pick up my prescription while I was already out running errands. I got to this CVS to find that they hadn’t even called to ask for the script yet! Then they asked that I give them 3 MORE HOURS to have time to fill it. So then 3 and a half hours later we still had received a text message that it was ready so we called them. They said “oh yea, it’s been ready”. After we picked it up and drove out of the parking lot they text me saying it was ready to pick up. 10 out of 10 would not recommend!

Not understanding the need to prepay if I still have to wait in a line to pickup my medication while the lady in front of me and the prior customer is visiting talking about basket ball and how active her sister was before she passed.

This place is Awful ? never have medication ready on time always making mistakes on my meds ect.. Not at all professional!! How you supposed to stay well when you don't have your meds

Pharmacy has taken my ID and bank card TWICE in the drive thru and loses it. Claims they don’t have it and don’t see it anywhere. I ask for it back at the time of transaction because this is a reoccurring issue and they suddenly lose it.
