I took my 3 and a half year old male cat to see this Dr. and was informed of terrible news that he had severe bladder cancer. My complaints are the rude old woman who sits at the desk who has no compassion or empathy and has a rude demeanor. The vet techs were kind and supportive of our situation. Dr rector could have done better at handling the euthanizing. If he would have given us a few minutes or less to comfort our sweet boy before saying our final goodbye, I truly believe that our grieving process would have been a lot different. Wouldn’t recommend this vet to anyone.

Dr rector has always had the best interest of my animals I don’t trust any other vet other than him , always an excellent job excellent care and I couldn’t ask for a better veterinary for my animals, I’ve seen dr rector do the unthinkable and save my mothers dogs so many times from depression to other natural things dogs tend to do, and my two dogs love dr rector. Thanks doc for taking excellent care of my princess and shadow

I wouldnt trust anyone else with my animals. The ladies and the doc are all very wonderful. I love taking my fur babies here. I know they are going to be well taken care of.This place is for the animals and your peace of mind. You feel the love from every person you talk to.

Would have given them 0 but I had to leave at least 1 start... the ladies at the counter are absolutely horrible, rude and flat out disgusting! They need to change their attitudes and wipe the B face of themselves... if I had those ladies working for me they world be fired! Especially the purplish red hair younger drugg addict looking one! They do not belong in customer service... shame shame on you! Treat ppl like a pos... the young lady is nice she doesn't belong around those witches. Do your pet a favor and go down the road.

I took my daughter's cat in for a mass on each side around his stomach. They were wonderful to us. Even though we had to put our precious cat down and were devastated, the staff was incrediblely kind and understanding. They even gave my college student daughter a discount. I can't say enough good things about these people.

My cat had a reaction to "natural" flea collar they got her in and treated her even though she was rotten tothem.
