Hands down, the worst branch, that I've ever been to. The disrespect towards their customers is insane. They don't know basic rules and thus won't serve customers based on their ignorance. Definitely a joke of bank. You'd think they would train their employees! Uneducated and disrespectful.

This bank is trash. The mobile app is trash. The customer service is trash. Thanks to how bad mobile transfer is and how bad the banks hours are, I couldn't feed myself or pay for gas this weekend to get to work. Thanks RCB!

I have banked with RCB in Collinsville for 22 years now. Lisa and Jordan are always so nice an helpful. I can't imagine banking anywhere else!
