Worst car buying experience
After 2 weeks transmission went out on my F350
I was forced to pay thousands of dollars to get my vehicle back in running condition.
Also was told they had the tailgate for my truck at their shop and I trusted them ended up getting a KingRanch tailgate on my PLATINUM truck
Check engine light has been on since day one since the truck was ‘modified’ and cats were removed. So I bought a $70k truck without catalytic converters and a bad transmission!
Ended up paying more than $12k to get all the hidden treasures fixed!
Do your research and inspect the vehicle so you don’t have as bad of an experience as I did
The manager at the time was no help what so ever. I hope they get it together and make sure they inspect the vehicles better before selling them!

I honestly cannot say enough good about this dealership! After two years of troubles with the big city dealership I purchased from - Aaron in Service was like a gift from heaven! I fortunately broke down at the right exit on the highway and these amazing people got me back on the road quickly, all while making me truly feel like I mattered, my safety mattered, and like they were just as invested in my cross country trek being as smooth as I was.From the bottom of my heart - thank you so much, that was a very stressful situation and day for me - your consideration did not go unnoticed and it meant the world to me.Five stars is pale in comparison to what you honestly deserve.

I sure feel sorry for anyone that does any business here. They had my vehicle for almost 2 months, with no communication! I had to call nearly everyday to find anything out. I was told they would call me back, and never would. There customer service is horrible, and the boss Jud, is not any better than his employees. I have told everyone I know how I was treated and there service I received. Many people told me they already knew!!!

Had car problems on our road trip. Got our Ford Edge in and diagnosed the problem. Wait for part to come in. Gave us a loaner. Part in the next day. We were very pleased with the service. Very friendly.

Max, Chad, Jed and Travis were awesome.We were pulling our 5th wheel trailer with our F-450 (Betty) when all of a sudden our turbo blew we happen to be 5miles from McKinsey Ford… what are the chances that they would have a choice of three F-450’s on the lot? Divine intervention!We stayed the night in our trailer and they even offered to hook us up to their electrical. They got us back on the road by noon we got to our destination on time. In such a position they really could have taken advantage and they didn’t.These are good honest people with good intentions which these days are a rarity.Looking to upgrade my car soon and this is where I will travel to look for my new car… that good!

I give McKinsey Ford in Clinton 5 stars! Called on Thursday to see if they could come pick up my car for an oil change while I was at work and they got me in on Friday afternoon. Picked up my car and brought it back within the hour! They hand delivered my receipt where I called to make my payment! Easiest process ever and THE BEST customer service! I will be bringing my car back here for services every time! Thank you McKinsey Ford! ?
