Stayed in perch awhile cabin, management was rude and disrespect. Cabin was dirty and didn’t have furniture shown in pictures, bed was new but extra extra firm. Felt like sleeping on the ground. We would have slept on the sofa if it had been full size. Didn’t have towels in bathroom so we couldn’t take a shower which had hair on the bottom. Asked for a refund for the second night and only received a partial refund. When I asked the price of the cabin they said it was $105 a night but they charged me over $200 for one night. I DO NOT recommend this cabin or company for rentals.

This Place had plenty of room in it. Very nice dinning roomAC worked great in all areas. Alot of windows.Hot tub was DIRTY but they had someone out the next day to clean it. Cabin was dirty. (Not trying to be picky) but we took out shoes off to be respectful of the property. Turned out feet black walking around in there until we broke out the mop and cleaned the cabin ourself. Within a day... there were ANTS every were in the kitchen. from the microwave to the fridge. ALOT of ants in the food and dishes. Had to throw out $50 worth of food due to the ants. Easy issue to fix... IF its decided to have someone fix it. FOR 2500.00 bucks for 5 days I should NOT have to call an exterminator and MOP FLOORS or clean outdoor hot tubs or pull trucks out of gravel with a chain.YES I would consider staying there again !!if the issues were takin care of. The cabin was very nice but needs a bit of TLCfor the PRICE were being CHARGED to stay in it. Our trucks got stuck in the gravel out by the stairs twice due to the loose non packed depth of the gravel. Toyota 4x4 tundra got stuck. justsayin its deep. Also the Pool table is also very unlevel.The smaller bath had faucet issues that need a plumber.The kitchen had all things to cook and serve food. No can opener is all but no big deal.Was VERY nice setting on the front porch having coffee and listing to the birds and wildlife. Beds were nice and baths were useful and clean. Tv had plenty of channels. I say all this because the link sent to my phone shows a cabin 20 years ago that is flawless and new. What we walked into... was not. An exterminator a deep clean and a bit of stain outside and you will be very close to what you sold me in the pictures.Honesty is the best policyAgain... nice cabin over all

Paid 390.00 for cabin in advance, my wife came down with covid 19(horrible experience) so they were kind enough to refund 313.00 when we really needed the money ? did not care about my wife nor even ask, it is all about the money to these people with no regard to human life.

Hard to get anyone to call or email you back on listed properties and it's hot or miss on whether or not the website is up to date on properties being sold or under contract so it's very possible that something you're interested in is long gone.

We had a good experience our first year in renting a cabin through Kiamichi Realty. There was a small issue with receiving firewood that was pre-ordered, but it was resolved. This year we reserved far ahead of time and paid extra if we had to cancel short notice (less than 2 weeks) due to illness or job, etc. We unfortunately had to cancel 6 weeks in advance. Most companies would not charge for cancellation that far in advance, but they did...not only $50, but the addtl. short notice fee. That seemed excessive since they made a point on website to indicate that it was not an insurance policy (like airlines where you forfeit either way). Plus when I canceled, I didn't get a refund, so I emailed and got no reply. When I called them, they managed to refund it, but retained that extra fee which did not apply since it was more than sufficient notice. I told the lady I didn't understand and she said the fee was locking in the $50 cancellation. That DEFINITELY needs to be better explained on their website. We've been good customers and already had plans to include our large extended family of 23 people to rent cabins from them next year.
