The worst! After I waited 15 minutes for the store to open late, the tech with a bad attitudes first remark was "what makes you think the battery is bad" He fumbled with chargers and cords and had no idea what he was doing. I asked "Can you fix the phone or not"? His response "Get Out" Phone Doctors at Reasors in BA gets five stars for wasting my time.
Update: Chad with Phone Doctors reached out to me directly. While he cant resolve the experience I had, just the fact that he made the effort to resolve the issue counts in my book.

Yesterday I had an excellent experience with Phone Doctors. Korbin repaired the screen on my iPhone. Not only was he extremely personable, he was also very up front about duration of the repair, cost, and informative about the repair process he was doing. I will be doing more business with them, if most of their employees are like him, I can understand why they have 15+ years in business. He didn’t try to upsell, he seemed to enjoy the work, and was very good at explaining as he went.

Very friendly guy Homerro, in the Reasor’s grocery store, efficient and in and out in less than 10 minutes. Will be returning!

Walked in 15 minutes before closing, but you'd never have known. Customer service was great. Got my phone fixed and was on my way. The store closed on time, and I never felt rushed.

My son’s iPad stopped charging. Took it here and they were able to help clear something from the charging port and fix the issue within moments for no charge. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

My son's volume buttons got stuck somehow and we took the phone in here and they were able to get them out and fixed it for free! So nice if them. I would definitely bring any other phones back here for repair!
