Purchased the storage online and the day of move in we showed up and the storage that we had been given had trash and left storage inside of the storage! My wife asked for a refund and we still haven’t received our refund we had to go to a cleaner location that was clean and free of left over storage! The owner said she had personally cleaned the storage herself which was not true! We signed and this big mountain lion cat jumped on the counter scared us to death! This storage facility is a rip off and if $79 dollars is going to make you stay in business something is wrong! They kept out money and still haven’t sent our money back at all!

Great experience. Was in and out in no time. Every question I had was answered. I'm looking forward to using this facility long term. The friendly cats on the counter was the best part.

Entry is very constructive. No cameras no mirrors to see incoming traffic around the corner.

I was a 10 year customer. The family/ lady running the storage has always been helpful and friendly. The area was a safe place to store my things. I'd recommend Keyport Storage to anyone in need of a storage unit.

So we had to sell our house before the bank took it from us. I made a reservation online to store all of our belongings with added INSURANCE. The lady asked for my current home insurance then refuses to rent a storage to me because I don't currently have anywhere to move to. We are gonna be staying in a hotel or family while the close goes through. It makes no sense at all. Thanks for nothing. If I could give you NO STARS I WOULD.

Rude receptionist lady, see like she doesn't want to be there at all or maybe being racists. The way she's rolled her eyes while talking to me and her body language. I'm paying for my storage, not for free, I know. I didn't ask for free!! I'm there to rent out a place for my stuff only. Her attitude is something and a rude period.

Friendly folks, but the gate has been broken for months. Makes it easy to get in and out, but it's missing that layer of security that comes with having to enter a security code. It does close at night and has fewer hours on the weekends, so it's more secure in that way. Also, potholes have been thoroughly repaired, and grounds and doors to units all look well maintained. I would recommend, with the caveat regarding the gate.

It's a pretty decent storage place. Doesn't have climate control units or anything like that and it is not 24 hour access..which for me wasn't an issue until recent..
