So they expect someone pulling a 42’ camper to get through the gate in 20 secs.....not a perfect driver but sometimes you have to maneuver. Gate hit the camper (not mine) and they stated it wasn’t their responsibility. I have never been in a storage unit that was on a timer and not a sensor.....They were very rude about it!
