1401 N Aspen Ave, Broken Arrow“My 9 year old daughter has been doing personal training with Blake for about a month. I have already seen growth in her body awareness and confidence. He is focused on her learning the correct movements and techniques. The overall gym vibe is extremely welcoming and supportive. My daughter also sees a lot of strong women she can look up to which is an amazing!”
“Hidden amongst the bustling main street of Broken Arrow lies a hidden gem of a gym. With a friendly and open-arm community, they have personal trainers that are more than happy to give helpful hints to new gym goers, with a mix of events to help with recovery, breathing, and forms. If anyone in the BA area need a helping hand changing their lifestyle, they should look no further!”
“Love the instructors in all the 8am senior fitness classes. The workouts have been designed for age specific people and allow you to focus on balance , movement, strength and core and you feel so good after completing a class. Plus there is a nice friendly feel to the classes. The same for the Aqua Aerobics classes. I just wish Dickenson also had an indoor pool to keep the momentum going during fall/winter”
“Did a drop in at CrossFit BA and felt right at home. They were so nice and made me feel like part of their family. Definitely recommend anyone to give them a try!”

I personally like that they greet me on a first name bases. Summer, Zack, Kristi, and Janey are all amazing people and I always look forward to seeing them there. They keep the gym looking nice including the locker rooms. I highly recommend this gym. 10 stars for a clean and friendly atmosphere.”

6450 S Elm Pl, Broken Arrow“I found a AF very close to my hotel but it was super packed and well, looked/smelled like an old gym. After a quick search and twenty minute drive, arrived to a nearly empty gym at 630pm on a Tuesday (primetime). The gym itself appeared small from the parking lot but it was very good size and had plenty of good equipment. Some heavier equipment that you typically don't see at an AF too. Everything was working and the gym was very very clean. My new favorite gym when I'm in Tulsa!”
“I've met with Jay two times now and he has spent time explaining all the universal machines. He has helped me understand the settings, weights, reps and it seems we've covered everything that I need to start the weight training. He paid considerable attention to match exactly what my chiropractor's instructions are. He is very proud of the Broken Arrow Facility and is available for additional information any time I need it. I've been going to the water aerobics for about 3 months now and am ready to incorporate more into my health revitalization. Barb is amazing and so much fun. Also, want to give a shout out to Christopher for doing a fantastic job on keeping the whole place spic and span. Always see him doing a fabulous job. Much different from other fitness centers I had visited before deciding on Genesis.”
