Worthless. They will not deliver to my house but will drive RIGHT PAST my house to deliver down the street. I have the app and request notifications but the last 2 times it never updates past “In transit” so I have to call and find out where it is. I opened a case on the last one and the case number closed telling me it was at the FedEx location 1 hour from my house. Drove there today only for them to tell me it’s at a FedEx drop off location ANOTHER hour away. If you choose not to deliver to my house at least update the tracking so I know where the hell to pick it up! Amazon and UPS can deliver to my house just fine but FedEx is beyond ridiculous.

They are very slow in delivering packages. Every time I get something through this place my item is on their dock for at least a week.

Horrible place to work other than bennifits they will do whatever they can to screw you out of a dollar.
