I added 2 lines to my account. I was told the 2nd activation fee would be waived. Upon looking at my receipt and account I was charge the 2nd $25 activation fee and a $8 fee for insurance and didn't even buy any phones or know this fee was being charged. ( lesson learn to look at the bill before leaving) Already had phones from a previous company that was transferred so didn't need to buy phones. I have been a loyal customer of cricket for years and this is very disappointing, deceitful and dishonest.

This location is disorganized and messed up, I wouldn't recommend going here.District manager sold me the wrong phone case (volume buttons didn't work in case) I brought the case back the following day.Store manager swapped case for a lesser value, told me they would have more cases in stock in a few weeks.When I went back to swap the phone cases out, the manager has been fired and they cant do anything to rectify the issue.As a customer I've noticed Cricket stores have massive turn over rates and regular managerial issues.Highly disappointed

Mgr. Shawanna help me get a new phone all configured. And she said they're very patiently and transferred everything over. Excellent five star service. District manager Jeremy help me on Sunday and was very good and knowledgeable and was a great help. The store is awesome
