The Pharmacist is a jerk, I asked if they had a prescription for pain meds because I fail over the holidays. I'm 68 years old and he asked if I was a member I said no because for ssi they were out of network. He then said I will give you two weeks and I said no I need the entire prescription filled. He then said he won't fill it more then once, I explained this was 1 time only. And that I didn't appreciate being referred too as a drug addicted. Everyone who need pain help after failing is not abusing pain medication. He asked for my name and I refused.I'm not an addict and i will never do business with them ever.

The staff is friendly and kmowledgable. It is more like visiting family than being customer X at one of the big chain stores.

You simply will not find a better local pharmacy. They are so quick when you come in and they know me by name. I will forever sing their praises!

Was told it would be a 15 min wait for a simple prescription. They never called so I went in after 40 minutes. Seemed like they didn’t care to help and didn’t even try to get what I wanted just gave me the “only one they had.” Will definitely be transferring next time.

Out new favorite pharmacy. Love using local pharmacies and Broken Arrow Family Drug is so helpful. The pharmacist and staff go out of their way to help and offer advice. They even include Bible verses on the prescriptions. Their prices are very competitive as well. I'm glad we landed at this pharmacy when our other pharmacy closed unexpectedly.

Switched over to Family Drug from a large retail pharmacy and they’ve been quick and efficient with all my needs. Chloe is so kind and goes above and beyond!

They have the best staff! In person greeted with a smile and over the phone you can hear the persons genuine intentions to help. Not to mention, you can even get a complimentary delicious cookie when you stop in to pick up your prescription. Easy to refill prescription via app or over the phone. I will continue to use this pharmacy because the little things are the big things and they get that! ❤️

I just love the staff here. They are ALWAYS available by phone, no waiting forever for an actual person to pick up and speak to you like the chains down the street. They also know you by face and by name. Best pharmacy in BA, hands down!

The medications here are counted by a machine, which in my experience here, giving a type one diabetic who is expecting levothroxyn, metformin (a type two diabetic medication/however it is spelled). This medication should've been checked before being handed over. They claimed its a known issue of the machine?? Then have people count medications or check afterwards. If I had been blind from diabetic retinopathy, this could've killed me all because they didn't check to verify the medication inside. Should've been a lawsuit because it's probably still occurring and they acted like it was normal and okay. Other than that I had good experiences, everyone's nice.Edit.1 : Dear Todd, im better with email, give me a shout!! I assume you have it since you had my number. Ya know, i can actually provide you with pictures of the metformin in the mix with my levothroxyn!! Being a year ago, doesn't make any difference as the situation still occured. Ask Heather!! She's the one I spoke with and who actually gave me the medications. She also told me all about that machine stuff, so not sure why you think im confused. Actually, i tell ya what. Ill go ahead and post the picture so you dont have to bother emailing me about it! and if I'm not mistaken I believe she's actually a pharmacist, and should've checked before handing it out anyway. If your trying to tell me it wasn't a machine after she literally told me thats why this occured, I'm really concerned as to which of your employees couldve been tampering with medications.Edit.2 : if you click on the second pic, you can even see the date I captured this.Friends, please be careful. A "family" pharmacy nearly put me in a diabetic coma, if not death! If they cared, this wouldn't have happened.
