I rented 6 outdoor RV spaces for my tree trucks. Over a year went by relatively uneventful. They said they would bring in some gravel because it was a pond each time it rained. They didn't and we dealt with it. Then someone stole a converter off one of my trucks and management accused my son of the theft because "it was his truck in the video." So they were going to renew our lease the following month. All this was a phone conversation. They said they would let me see the video but they never did. At the end of the conversation mgmt was gonna think about the situation and get back to me. I brought pictures of my son and all angles of his truck and dropped them off. Twelve days went by and two days before the end of the month they finally called my wife back and admitted it WAS NOT my son. However they were not going to renew anyway. We had 2 days until the end of the month. Then they still charged my account for the following month and we had to call and wait 4 days before they returned the money. Mgmt said they weren't in control of their billing. Extremely poor communication and after a year of loyal business they left us homeless for our trucks. They don't seem to care about their customers. They even broke their own contract by not giving us notice in writing. i recommend avoiding at all costs.

Won an auction. Facility was clean and Julianna was friendly and helpful. It was pertinent that I bring cash for the units and when I got there with a big stack of cash there was not enough to brake change that is why I gave a 3 star instead if a 5 star. Most facilities accept bank cards now so this facility is a little behind the times on the auction circuit. But other than that it was a great place to do business.

We have a storage unit @ Aspen Mini Storage on OLD HWY 51 across from ZECCO. We've had this unit for a little over 2 years for our landscaping trailers/equipment. Long story short...if you have a problem, there is no real help. Things come up in any business; however, its all about how well the company handles things. An issue came up that caused our company a series of unfortunate events. 1. Not being able to park our trailers in our unit for over a week, had cement that needed to be inside due to the weather conditions. An issue that came about due to their negligence! Not one time did we receive an email/letter of notice stating that they are installing RV units 12 ft (maybe less) DIRECTLY in front of our unit. We finally did call into the office to let them know of the situation and spoke with property manager, Mary. The on site members are nasty and unprofessional. Mary (Manager) took no responsibility and offered no apology or way to remedy the situation. Manager's not willing or offering to work with us. Not helping at all. Next is a call to corporate if we do not get a resolution.

This storage facility has horrible management. Â I put a few boxes in less than 48 hrs ago and went to add more today and an entire box of my psych books were drenched with a puddle on top of the box. Â These are 2-300 doll books and the lady blamed me for putting the box on the ground. Â She offered me another unit across the street and when I asked what should I do about my ruined books she said she couldn't do anything for me. Â I asked for my money back and she told me it would be put back in my account in 4 to 6 weeks which she later changed her mind and said she could do today when I asked for the owners name and number. Â She wouldn't give me a name or number for the owner and when we went to another storage place we realized the 10í—10 they offered was way smaller at Aspen. Â They are ripping people off and have very poor customer service.
